There are Russian quiltmakers visiting and exhibiting in Georgia! I wish I could tell you more but this is all I know. I’ve been waiting for details for 4 days. I don’t even know who sponsored the exhibition or how it all came to happen. I am use to this. The promises made are always heartfelt but seldom happen. It could be problems with electricty, the Internet connection or Nino’s old laptop. I know that Keti is busy with finals and might not have even seen the exhibition. I do know that Nino is hoping to find a way to get supplies more easily by getting them from Moscow instead of waiting on me and the mail. We are trying to move everyone to more independence and of course they would much prefer tools in metric instead of inches. I’m dying to know what the exhibition is like and if connections are made. I know that quiltmaking is far more organized in Russia. And so I wait. Karen
