Teaching here is always a challenge. At least this time I know what to expect. Although I was hope for a change. First, there was the challenge of actually getting to the workshop! They are now closing the main road each Sunday for programs for the public. Then we kept encountering closed roads. Fortunately we knew everyone would be having the same problem. The workshop began with excitement. I was teaching bleach resist with Clorox bleach pens. Fortunately many were finished quickly. Georgian’s love to move quickly through techniques and supplies. Class ended early because we were out of fabric! Keti and I ran to the market only to find the place where I had bought it was closed! After walking around the very crowded and hot market place, we gave up exhausted. I will have to move to plan B for today and make another trip to the market today. I am hoping the shop was simply closed on Sunday. Again I know to just flow, flow, flow. Karen
